You access your cPanel account via your web browser by going to:

http://www.yourdomain.com/cpanel
http://www.yourdomain.com:2082
http://yourIPaddress/cpanel
http://yourIPaddress:2082

You can also access it securely by going to:
https://www.yourdomain.com:2083

You then use your login credentials that you used when you signed up for your hosting account with HostDango.com.
