My account has been suspended - what now?

Account suspended — what does it mean and how do I fix it?

Reason 1 — Overdue invoice

This is the most common reason. Log into my.hostdango.com and check your invoices. Paying an overdue balance triggers automatic reactivation — usually within a few minutes.

Reason 2 — Malware or terms of service violation

If your account was flagged for malware or a terms of service violation, you'll receive an email explaining the reason. Open a support ticket to discuss next steps.

Reason 3 — Resource overuse

Shared hosting accounts that consistently exceed CPU or memory limits may be suspended to protect other customers on the server. If this is the case, we'll reach out to discuss upgrading your plan or optimizing your site.
