Resetting your cPanel password
Option 1 — Reset through the client area (easiest)
- Log into your account at my.hostdango.com
- Go to Services → My Services
- Click on your hosting package
- Click Change Password
- Enter and confirm your new password and save
The change takes effect immediately.
Option 2 — Open a support ticket
If you cannot access the client area, open a support ticket from the email address on your account and we'll reset it for you. We'll need to verify your identity before making any changes.
Also update these if you change your cPanel password
- Any FTP clients you have configured
- Any scripts or applications that connect to your hosting directly
