Domain renewals and management
Renewing your domain
Log into my.hostdango.com → Domains → My Domains. Click Renew next to any domain to add another year.
Important: Do not let your domain expire. An expired domain takes your website and email offline immediately.
Enable auto-renew
In My Domains, click the domain name and toggle Auto Renew on. This charges your card on file automatically before expiry.
Domain forwarding
To forward one domain to another, log into cPanel → Domains → Redirects. Enter the domain you want to forward and the destination URL.
Updating DNS / nameservers
Go to My Domains → click your domain → Nameservers. DNS changes can take up to 24 hours to propagate globally, though they usually update within a couple of hours.
Transferring a domain to HostDango
Go to Domains → Transfer to Us. You'll need the EPP/authorization code from your current registrar. The transfer usually completes within 5 to 7 days.
