My website is down - what do I do?

My website is down — what do I do?

Step 1 — Is it just you?

Go to downforeveryoneorjustme.com and enter your domain. If it's up for everyone else but not you, try clearing your browser cache or check if your IP is blocked.

Step 2 — Check your domain

Make sure your domain has not expired. Log into my.hostdango.comDomains and check the expiry date.

Step 3 — Check your hosting account

Make sure your hosting account is active and not suspended. If it shows suspended, check for any overdue invoices.

Step 4 — Can you access cPanel?

Try logging into cPanel directly at yourdomain.com:2083. If cPanel loads but your site does not, the issue is likely with your site files rather than the server itself.

Step 5 — Contact support

Open a support ticket or start a live chat. Tell us your domain name and what you see when you try to load it. We're available 24/7.
